FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per November 18 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13809.15 crore against gross selling of Rs 15302.15 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1493.00 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 4335.03 crore with gross sales of Rs 4984.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 649.32 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 174.00 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 356.76 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 466.56 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 67.67 crore against gross selling of Rs 32.23 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 35.44 crore in hybrid segment.
