IndiGo inches up on adding 6 new flights to bolster connectivity between India and Middle East

Interglobe Aviation is currently trading at Rs. 2022.45, up by 0.75 points or 0.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 2021.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2020.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2033.15 and Rs. 2014.00 respectively. So far 13164 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2379.00 on 16-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1513.30 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2062.50 and Rs. 1952.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 77846.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 23.10% and 2.13% respectively.

In its bid to strengthen international connectivity, InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) has added six new daily direct flights from Hyderabad-Riyadh along with additional frequencies on Hyderabad-Doha and Mangalore-Dubai routes. This new route and additional frequencies will enhance connectivity between India and Middle East.

These flights are designed to cater to business and leisure travellers who are constantly on the lookout for new and affordable flying options to access destinations which help in building businesses and are known for their tourist attractions.
