Mahindra Lifespace inches up on acquiring 8.2 acre land in North Bengaluru

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is currently trading at Rs. 394.85, up by 0.30 points or 0.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 394.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 402.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 402.95 and Rs. 389.20 respectively. So far 2458 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 679.15 on 25-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 389.20 on 24-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 417.95 and Rs. 389.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6077.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.70% and 18.15% respectively.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (Mahindra Lifespaces), through its subsidiary Anthurium Developers (ADL), has acquired 8.2 acres of land in North Bengaluru. The land has a developable potential of around 0.9 million square feet of saleable area and a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of almost Rs 1,000 crore. The project will primarily feature mid-premium residential apartments catering to the rising demand for quality housing in Bengaluru.

The area offers access to renowned educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail hubs. Just 1.8 Kms from the upcoming Doddajala metro station, makes it an ideal location for urban homebuyers. The site is also strategically located off the Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway, with proximity to the international airport, IT hubs, commercial offices, and a growing and developing social infrastructure.
