HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Document / Key Information Memorandum of HDFC NIFTY 100 ETF and HDFC NIFTY Next 50 ETF.

In line with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DOF2/P/CIR/2022/69 dated May 23, 2022 which is effective from July 1, 2022, the minimum target amount to be raised during the NFO period shall stand revised as Rs 5 crores instead of Rs 10 crores in the New Fund Offer (NFO) Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC NIFTY 100 ETF and HDFC NIFTY Next 50 ETF (‘the Schemes’). NFO of the Schemes opens on July 25, 2022 and closes on August 1, 2022.

All other terms & conditions of the Schemes shall remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID/ KIM of the Schemes as amended from time to time.
