FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 07 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday's data were net sellers in equity segments, while net buyers in debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 14961.82 crore against gross selling of Rs 24606.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 9645.10 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 4112.32 crore with gross sales of Rs 3654.42 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 457.9 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 65.00 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 17.99 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 410.89 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 96.72 crore against gross selling of Rs 30.71 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 66.01 crore in hybrid segment.
