TVS Holdings inches up as its arm acquires 100% stake in Radial IT Park phase II, III

TVS Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 10830.45, up by 8.90 points or 0.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 10821.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 10821.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 11035.15 and Rs. 10788.00 respectively. So far 149 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 15115.30 on 24-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7200.00 on 28-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 11450.00  and Rs. 10685.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21912.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.93% and 12.62% respectively.

TVS Holdings’ wholly owned subsidiary -- TVS Emerald has completed acquisition of 100% of the equity shares and compulsorily convertible debentures in two entities viz., M/s. Radial (Phase II) IT Park and M/s. Radial (Phase III) IT Park, respectively.

With this, M/s. Radial (Phase II) IT Park and M/s. Radial (Phase III) IT Park have become wholly owned subsidiaries of TVS Emerald and consequently step-down subsidiaries of the Company.
