Dredging Corporation of India zooms on bagging contract from JNPA

Dredging Corporation Of India is currently trading at Rs. 297.00, up by 10.45 points or 3.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 286.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 290.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 300.00 and Rs. 290.00 respectively. So far 4710 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 475.00 on 22-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 283.15 on 12-May-2022.

Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) has bagged a major contract from Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA). JNPA awarded the maintenance of Mumbai & JNPA navigational channel to DCI that includes dredging of 20 million cubic meter plus or minus 20 per cent yearly with the project cost of about Rs 250 crore per year.
