The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.86 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 32.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.86 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.52 per cent at Rs 242.35 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 304.91 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.35 per cent to Rs 211.25 crore from Rs 258.73 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2.23 per cent at Rs 2.29 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 2.24 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 32.65 per cent to Rs 31.10 crore as against Rs 46.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.31 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.29 per cent at Rs 7.32 crore (Mar'21 Rs 11.14 crore).
