Dredging Corporation of India edges higher on aiming 12% growth in turnover during FY24
Dredging Corporation Of India is currently trading at Rs. 314.00, up by 0.10 points or 0.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 313.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 315.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 316.40 and Rs. 311.50 respectively. So far 956 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 456.15 on 29-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 248.10 on 23-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 341.90 and Rs. 309.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 877.52 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.47%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.55% and 18.98% respectively.
Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) is aiming a 12 per cent growth to hit the turnover of more than Rs 1,300 crore in the ongoing financial year. To achieve the goal, the company is looking to participate in new dredging tenders and also planning to enter new markets.
The company is eyeing to tap the new dredging works of several ports such as Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, New Mangalore Port Authority, Mormugoa Port Authority and Deendayal Port Authority, and also looking to carry out dredging activities of the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI).
