Ami Organics has debuted at Rs 902.00 on the BSE, up by 292 points or 47.87% from its issue price of Rs 610.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 937.00, up by 327.00 points or 53.61% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 948.90 and Rs 841.20 respectively. So far 16.36 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between September 1, 2021 and September 3, 2021, was subscribed 64.54 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 610 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 603-610 apiece.
The company manufactures specialty chemicals that are used towards the development and manufacturing of advanced pharmaceutical intermediates for regulated and generic active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and New Chemical Entities (NCE), and key starting material for agrochemical and fine chemicals.
