AMI Organics is currently trading at Rs. 1119.00, up by 8.55 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 1110.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1125.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1152.95 and Rs. 1110.00 respectively. So far 38420 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1438.50 on 22-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 764.15 on 24-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1152.95 and Rs. 1008.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4063.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.04% and 52.91% respectively.

Small Cap World Fund Inc has bought 15.97 lakh shares in Ami Organics at an average price of Rs 1,037.25 per share. Also, Plutus Wealth Management LLP has acquired 9.53 lakh shares in the company at an average price of Rs 1,037.25 per share.

On the other hand, promoter Shital Nareshbhai Patel and Parul Chetankumar Vaghasia have sold three lakh shares each at Rs 1,037.25 per share, while investors Virendra Nath Mishra and Kiranben Girishbhai Chovatia have sold three lakh shares and ten lakh shares respectively at 1,037.25 per share.
