Adani Enterprises trades higher on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary
Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1714.75, up by 17.70 points or 1.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 1697.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1692.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1716.50 and Rs. 1692.00 respectively. So far 17293 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1788.00 on 24-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 440.00 on 31-Dec-2020.

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely, Hardoi Unnao Road (HURPL), on December 30, 2021, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 1 lakh each, to carry out the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the project - Access Controlled Six Lane (Expandable to Eight Lane) Greenfield 'Ganga Expressway (Group-III, from Km. 289+300 (Village: Ubariya Khurd, Distt: Hardoi) to Km. 445+000, (Village: Sarso. Distt: Unnao), Design length=155.700 Km) in the State of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. HURPL will commence its business operations in due course.
