Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 3728.00, up by 11.30 points or 0.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 3716.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3727.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3740.00 and Rs. 3653.50 respectively. So far 56390 shares were traded on the counter.

Adani Road STPL has incorporated with an Initial Authorized & Paid-up Share Capital of Rs 1 lakh to, interalia, undertake promotion and development of road and other infrastructure projects and to that end and purpose to extend assistance of all kinds including technical or commercial. etc. ARSL will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Road GRICL incorporated with an Initial Authorized & Paid-up Share Capital of Rs 1 lakh to, interalia, undertake promotion and development of road and other infrastructure projects and to that end and purpose to extend assistance of all kinds including technical or commercial. etc. ARGL will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
