`India, Bangladesh relations are moving in a positive direction` says High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh
Pranay Kumar Verma, High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh, said, "It's one of those relationships in which there are very few parallels. We have maintained that relationship moving in a positive direction despite what appears in the media and social media space. There are a lot of very positive developments and engagements that have happened. Even after the turbulent changes of August 5, I think we have engaged with the interim government of Bangladesh in full earnest. The Prime Minister was the first foreign leader to send greetings to the advisor... If you look at the numbers, we have more trade in the last six months of this financial year than we had last year..."
