Zim Laboratories jumps on completing investment in SIA ZIM Laboratories

Zim Laboratories is currently trading at Rs. 106.84, up by 1.55 points or 1.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 105.29 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 106.12 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 107.86 and Rs. 105.42 respectively. So far 1230 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 128.45 on 03-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 79.50 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.10 and Rs. 102.96 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 513.67 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.26%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.17% and 66.57% respectively.
Zim Laboratories has completed the process of investment of Euro 3,00,000 in the equity shares of SIA ZIM Laboratories. Post investment, the shareholding of the company remains at 100% of the total share capital of SIA ZIM Laboratories.
Earlier, the board of directors of the company in their meeting held on March 28, 2025 had approved the investment in SIA ZIM Laboratories, wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
ZIM Laboratories manufactures, formulates, and distributes drug delivery systems to develop generic pharmaceutical products.
