Zerodha Fund House Rebrands as Zerodha CASE Funds
* Name change as a result of CASE Platforms joining Zerodha as co-sponsor of the AMC
* The fund house completes three years of operations serving over 12 lakh investors
Zerodha Fund House has been rebranded Zerodha CASE Funds, following CASE Platforms (formerly known as smallcase) joining Zerodha as a co-sponsor of the mutual fund. While the fund house adopts a new name, its investment philosophy and approach remain unchanged, with a continued focus on passive investing, direct plans and technology-led solutions for investors. Existing mutual fund schemes will be renamed to reflect the new brand name.
Zerodha CASE Funds has completed three years of operations in India's mutual fund industry, with assets under management of approx. rs 20,000 crore and an investor base of over 12 lakh. Established in 2023 as a joint venture between Zerodha Broking and CASE Platforms, the fund house offers funds across equity, debt, commodities, multi-asset allocation and goal-based investment solutions.
Zerodha Case Funds’ product portfolio has evolved from index funds to include several industry-first innovations. These include LIQUIDCASE, India's first Growth NAV Liquid ETF, designed for cash management without the need for dividend tracking; India's first ETF tracking the Nifty Next 100 Index, offering exposure to companies beyond the Nifty 50; and India's first Life Cycle Funds, which automatically adjusts asset allocation as investors approach their target year.
Zerodha CASE Funds’ proprietary technology platform has been central to enhancing the investor experience at scale, enabling features such as WhatsApp-based investing and SIP management, 24x7 instant withdrawals for the Overnight Fund (subject to applicable limits), and daily micro-investments starting at just rs 10 for eligible funds.
Commenting on the occasion, Vishal Jain, CEO, Zerodha CASE Funds, said, "Zerodha CASE Funds' vision has always been to bring the benefits of simple investing to every Indian, regardless of where they live or how much they know about investing. Our unique approach with having index-based products and going direct to investors has enabled us to stay true to the goal of helping more Indians participate in the capital markets with confidence. This can be seen in our investor base where more than 65% come from B30 cities. Looking ahead, our focus continues to empower more Indians to make informed investment decisions and build long-term wealth”
