Zaggle gains on entering into loan agreement with Dice Enterprises

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services is currently trading at Rs 344.10, up by 3.55 points or 1.04% from its previous closing of Rs 340.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 339.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs 347.00 and Rs 336.35 respectively. So far 67182 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 597.00 on 17-Dec-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 299.00 on 09-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 360.70 and Rs 336.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 4611.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.42% and 38.38% respectively.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has entered into loan agreement with Dice Enterprises (borrower). The size of the loan agreement is upto Rs 15 crore. The loan will be used for the working capital requirement. The loan is provided for a period of 12 months at an interest rate of 12% p.a. in one or more tranches, repayable on demand.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
