Waaree Energies is currently trading at Rs. 2499.80, up by 106.10 points or 4.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 2393.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2417.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2504.80 and Rs. 2401.25 respectively. So far 134084 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3740.75 on 06-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2030.00 on 27-Jan-2025.

Waaree Energies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Waaree Clean Energy Solutions has received a Notification of Award (NoA) on January 30, 2025 from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for setting up a production facility of 90,000 MT/Annum for Green Hydrogen in India under the strategic interventions for Green Hydrogen Transitions (SIGHT) Scheme (Model-1, Tranche-II).

Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of Solar Photo-voltaic Modules, setting up of Projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
