Advait Energy Transitions soars as its arm enters into MoU with Government of Gujarat

Advait Energy Transitions is currently trading at Rs. 1810.00, up by 48.40 points or 2.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 1761.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1769.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1840.00 and Rs. 1769.00 respectively. So far 17783 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2419.00 on 31-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1020.00 on 17-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1840.00 and Rs. 1730.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1965.09 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.72% and 31.83% respectively.
Advait Energy Transitions’ subsidiary -- Advait Greenergy (AGPL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Gujarat on October 10, 2025, at Mehsana Gujarat, as part of Investment Promotion Activity for Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference.
AGPL plans to establish two projects in Gujarat, aggregating to Rs 1450 crore. The Government of Gujarat would facilitate Advait Greenergy to obtain necessary permissions/registrations/approvals / clearances, etc. from the concerned Department of State, as per the existing policies / rules and regulations of the State Government.
