VL E-Governance & IT Solutions (VL E-Governance) has signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Wafer Lead (Singapore) to promote joint Business of Silicon Carbide, 3rd generation Semiconductors Design and Engineering and manufacturing and ecosystem and Technology Infrastructure development and investment of mutual interest in accordance in multiple industry sectors namely Aerospace, Defense, Automotive and Power electronics etc. 

Under this MOU, VL E-Governance & IT Solutions operational role is to co-lead the technology, design, engg and manufacturing, project management, Business development, Contract Management and Regulatory compliance. Wafer Lead (Singapore based entity), is engaged in Semiconductor wafer fabrication and Research and design engineering. 

VL E-Governance & IT Solutions’ Business includes E-governance services, IT/ITES System Integration services, B2B Trading business and IT/ITES equipment trading activities. Company has been One of India’s largest e-Governance player functioning as a systems integrator and end-to-end service provider for various e-Governance projects.
