Alfa Transformers trades higher on the BSE

Alfa Transformers is currently trading at Rs. 126.95, up by 4.70 points or 3.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 122.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 127.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 128.35 and Rs. 123.30 respectively. So far 93470 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 162.95 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 62.70 on 21-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 132.00 and Rs. 114.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 116.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.88%, while Non-Institutions held 53.12% stake in the company.

Alfa Transformers has received a purchase order worth of Rs 1.11 crore from Tata Power Northen Odisha Distribution (TPNODL) for its Bhubaneswar plant. The order is for design, manufacturing and supply of 100KVA 11/0.433kV DTR Transformers from Bhubaneswar plant. The order is to be executed within 90 days from the date of receipt of order.

Alfa Transformers is engaged in the production of Electrical Distribution & Power Transformers. The company is a major supplier to utilities, multinationals and domestic corporate.
