Bharat Forge climbs as its arm`s JV bags order worth Rs 287.51 crore
Bharat Forge is currently trading at Rs. 1048.80, up by 26.95 points or 2.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 1021.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1022.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1056.00 and Rs. 1022.05 respectively. So far 32103 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1056.00 on 28-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 677.85 on 29-Sep-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1056.00 and Rs. 967.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 49066.06 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.25%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.59% and 10.16% respectively.
Kalyani Rafael Advanced Systems, a joint venture company between Kalyani Strategic Systems (a wholly owned Defence subsidiary of Bharat Forge) and Rafael Advanced Systems of Israel, has bagged an order amounting to Rs 287.51 crore inclusive of taxes from the Indian Ministry of Defence for the supply of Missile Systems. The order is expected to be executed over the next twelve months.
