Uniparts India gains as its arm gets order from Doosan Bobcat North America

Uniparts India is currently trading at Rs. 590.10, up by 8.45 points or 1.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 581.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 586.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 597.95 and Rs. 572.00 respectively. So far 6611 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 722.15 on 04-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 501.60 on 16-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 611.10 and Rs. 566.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2653.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.66%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.00% and 22.34% respectively.

Uniparts India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Uniparts Olsen Inc. has been awarded an order of $1.2 million from Doosan Bobcat North America Inc. on January 17, 2024, for supply of construction equipment parts in the normal course of business. The award is subject to execution of the Purchase Order. The order is to be executed within 1 year. 

The parts will be manufactured by the Company units based out of India and will be delivered to Uniparts Olsen Inc. for further sale to Doosan Bobcat North America Inc.

The company provides comprehensive solutions and manufacture high-quality, critical products and components for Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) industry, including complete assemblies of precision engineered products and end-to-end solutions ranging from product conceptualization, design, prototyping, testing, development and assembly to customized packaging and delivery.
