Ugro Capital has raised Rs 30 crore through the allotment of 3000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, through private placement. The aforesaid NCDs will be listed on BSE. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee), on November 10, 2023 has, approved allotment of the same.
