Ugro Capital surges on raising Rs 50 crore via NCDs

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 319.85 on 22-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 136.00 on 23-Dec-2022.

Ugro Capital has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 5000 Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, through private placement. The aforesaid NCDs will be listed on BSE. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee), on September 18, 2023 has made an allotment of the same.
