UCO Bank rises on reporting 16.67% growth in credit in Q2FY26

UCO Bank is currently trading at Rs. 31.06, up by 0.28 points or 0.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 30.78 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 31.21 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 32.01 and Rs. 31.06 respectively. So far 1564429 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 52.00 on 05-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.83 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 32.01 and Rs. 29.29 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 39048.19 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 90.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.88% and 4.17% respectively.
UCO Bank has reported a 16.67 per cent growth in credit to Rs 2.31 lakh crore for the second quarter of FY26 (Q2FY26). Its total advances were Rs 1.98 lakh crore at the end of September 30, 2024. The bank has reported a 10.87 per cent increase in total deposits to Rs 3.06 lakh crore in Q2FY26 as against Rs 2.76 lakh crore at the end of the second quarter of the previous financial year. The bank's total business rose by 13.29 per cent to Rs 5.37 lakh crore from Rs 4.74 lakh crore in the year-ago period.
Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) of the bank stood at 38.11 per cent of the total deposits compared to 38.24 per cent at the end of the second quarter of the previous fiscal. Credit deposit ratio of the bank rose from 71.77 per cent to 75.56 per cent at the end of September 2025.
