Trident rises on commissioning capacity of 1.1 MWp Solar Power Project in Madhya Pradesh

Trident is currently trading at Rs. 40.44, up by 0.17 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 40.27 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 40.41 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 40.90 and Rs. 40.05 respectively. So far 411497 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 52.85 on 09-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 29.65 on 11-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 42.04 and Rs. 39.67 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20516.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.61% and 24.21% respectively.

Trident has successfully commissioned the capacity of 1.1 MWp Solar Power Project at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. The total installed capacity of Roof Top Solar Power Plant at Budhni facility, Madhya Pradesh has reached 29.5 MWp.

The power generated from Solar Power Project shall be consumed captively for manufacturing facilities located at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, resulting in considerable reduction of carbon footprint for the Company.

Trident is engaged in manufacturing, trading and selling of Textiles (Yarn, Terry Towels & Bedsheets) and Paper & Chemicals.
