Transwarranty Finance shines on getting nod to raise upto Rs 13.77 crore through NCDs
Transwarranty Finance is currently trading at Rs. 39.90, up by 1.23 points or 3.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 38.67 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 40.44 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 40.60 and Rs. 38.25 respectively. So far 11720 shares were traded on the counter.

The Board of Directors of Transwarranty Finance at its meeting held on September 19, 2024 has approved the same.
