Transrail Lighting zooms after securing new orders worth Rs 2,752 crore

Transrail Lighting is currently trading at Rs 512.00, up by 27.80 points or 5.74% from its previous closing of Rs 484.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 506.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 519.70 and Rs 491.10 respectively. So far 82670 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 719.15 on 06-Jan-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 465.20 on 27-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 523.95 and Rs 465.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 6855.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.99% and 12.90% respectively.

Transrail Lighting has secured new orders worth Rs 2,752 crore, primarily from Transmission and Distribution business. With these additions, company’s Year-to-Date (YTD) order inflows have crossed Rs 7,400 crore, this is a growth of around 90% vis-a-vis last year further strengthening its position in the industry. 

Transrail Lighting is one of the leading Indian Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies with a primary focus on power transmission and distribution business and integrated manufacturing facilities for lattice structures, conductors, and monopoles.
