Capacit'e Infraprojects moves up on bagging LoI worth Rs 589 crore

Capacit'e Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 224.25, up by 1.25 points or 0.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 223.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 223.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 229.00 and Rs. 218.00 respectively. So far 10158 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 357.65 on 11-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 178.90 on 16-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 256.55 and Rs. 212.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1890.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 31.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.78% and 45.53% respectively.

Capacit'e Infraprojects has secured Letter of Intent (LoI) worth around Rs 589 crore (excluding GST) from Ten X Realty East, a subsidiary of Raymond Realty. The LoI is for ‘Civil Core & Shell Works for Project- The Address by GS- Wadala at Salt Pan Division, Shastri Nagar, Wadala, Sion.’
