Transformers and Rectifiers zooms on completing `Dynamic Short Circuit Test` on 250 MVA Transformer

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is currently trading at Rs. 263.95, up by 14.10 points or 5.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 249.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 251.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 267.00 and Rs. 249.30 respectively. So far 145289 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 267.00 on 05-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 53.00 on 27-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 267.00 and Rs. 230.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3599.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.57% and 24.53% respectively.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has successfully completed the most stringent ‘Dynamic Short Circuit Test’ on 250 MVA, 400/33+33 kV class Three Phase Power Transformer. The Dynamic short circuit test was conducted at National High Power Test Laboratory (NHPTL), Bina as per IEC 60076-5 standard. The 250 MVA transformer shall be used for power evacuation in a very large solar park located in Rajasthan.
