Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is currently trading at Rs. 196.05, up by 6.70 points or 3.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 189.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 198.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 199.85 and Rs. 188.10 respectively. So far 135812 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 205.90 on 21-Nov-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 48.45 on 26-Dec-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 199.85 and Rs. 178.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2772.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.57% and 24.53% respectively.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has been awarded orders for total contract value of Rs 237 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India for Designing, Engineering, Manufacture, testing at Manufacturers works, supply, freight, ETC of 13x80 MVAR, 765kV, 1-Ph Reactors at Dausa Substation, 7x80 MVAR, 765kV, 1-Ph Reactors at Beawar Substation, 7x110 MVAR, 765kV, 1-Ph Reactors at Dausa Substation; including insulating oil and along with all fittings, accessories including marshalling box for each Auto-Transformer, Digital RTCC Panel, foundation bolts (if any), cables. The Entire work shall be completed within 15 Months from date of issue of Notification of Award.
