The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 30 points higher at 22,959 on Monday.

Arvind SmartSpaces:

The company acquired a 150-acre residential plotted development project in Ahmedabad with a top-line potential of Rs.600 crore.

Bank of Maharashtra:

The bank raised Rs.1,612 crores via Long Term Infra Bonds at a 7.70% coupon, receiving total bids worth Rs.2,362 crores.

Bharti Airtel:

The company redeemed FCCBs worth $0.2 million, along with accrued interest, and canceled them for delisting from the Singapore Exchange.

Choice International:

The company’s subsidiary, Choice Equity Broking, acquired Arete Capital for Rs.5,151 crores, increasing its wealth management AUM to Rs.6,241 crores.

CLN Energy:

The company received a Rs.77 crore order for Lithium Ion Batteries from a telecom PSU, to be executed within 7 months.

Cyient DLM:

The company secured a long-term avionics manufacturing contract from Thales for high-reliability PCBAs for next-gen flight avionics systems.

Diamond Power Infrastructure:

The company started commercial production of a new MV extrusion line, increasing total capacity to 600 km/month, targeting 1,350 km/month by Sept 2025.

Gabriel India:

The company signed a License Agreement and Technical Assistance Agreement with Marelli Italy for manufacturing and technical support in India.

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences:

The company entered a strategic partnership with UAIMS Hospital, Sangli, Maharashtra, expanding its presence to four hospitals in the state.

Shakti Pumps (India):

The company invested Rs.4 crore in its subsidiary Shakti EV Mobility, raising its total investment to Rs.39 crore for EV motors and chargers.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India):

The company’s subsidiary TARIL launched 245 kV high voltage bushings and completed a short circuit test on an 8.8 MVA Inverter Duty Transformer.

Uno Minda:

The company signed a JV agreement with Suzhou Inovance Automotive to develop and manufacture EV powertrain products in India.

Welspun Corp:

The company secured new orders in the USA valued at Rs.3,000 crore for coated pipes, boosting its consolidated order book to Rs.18,000 crore.
