Tata Motors surges on launching Harrier.ev

Tata Motors is currently trading at Rs 706.75, up by 3.20 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs 703.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 703.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 715.50 and Rs 699.00 respectively. So far 361484 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1179.05 on 30-Jul-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 542.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 728.60 and Rs 699.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 260647.53 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.04% and 22.39% respectively.
Tata Motors has launched Harrier.ev, expanding its electricvehicle range in the country. It is a battery electric SUV, featuring a drivingrange of around 500 km. The company has introduced a lifetime warranty on thebattery pack of the Harrier.ev. The car comes with a starting price at Rs 21.49lakh (ex-showroom) and the booking will commence from July 2.
