Tata Motors soars on delivering 181 Winger veterinary vans to Government of Odisha

Tata Motors is currently trading at Rs. 633.95, up by 6.80 points or 1.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 627.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 632.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 635.55 and Rs. 630.50 respectively. So far 204350 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 665.30 on 26-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 375.50 on 26-Dec-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 635.55 and Rs. 605.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 210634.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.39%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.23% and 16.99% respectively.

Tata Motors has delivered 181 Winger veterinary vans to the Government of Odisha. The specially customised Tata Winger will be utilised as veterinary vans by Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Government of Odisha.

Tata Motors emerged as the top bidder, as per the terms and conditions of the Government body, and delivered the fleet of fully-built Winger veterinary vans equipped with state-of-the-art features. The e-bidding process was carried out through the Government e-Marketplace.

The Tata Winger is powered by the 2.2-litre DiCOR engine with improved torque and better fuel economy. It also offers an ECO switch and Gear Shift Advisor that helps in increasing the fuel efficiency. The Winger’s best-in-class grade-ability of 25.8% helps in easy manoeuvring on steep inclines and flyovers.
