Sellwin Traders rises on inking MoU with Secorbit FZCO

Sellwin Traders is currently trading at Rs. 4.90, up by 0.06 points or 1.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 4.84 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 5.03 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5.03 and Rs. 4.84 respectively. So far 96026 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5.89 on 01-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.87 on 28-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5.05 and Rs. 4.51 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 109.46 crore.

The Non-Institutions held 100.00% stake in the company.

Sellwin Traders has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Secorbit FZCO to develop a comprehensive tokenization platform capable of tokenizing equities, bonds, and real-world assets. This MoU outlines the collaborative framework between the company and Secorbit FZCO for the design, development, and implementation of said platform. The project shall be executed over a period of 20 months from the date of execution of this MoU.

The total cost of the project is $3 million, which will be payable in accordance with the payment schedule outlined herein.
