Tarmat touches roof on bagging order worth Rs 139.48 crore in joint venture

Tarmat is locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 89.43, up by 4.25 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 85.18 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 89.43 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 89.43 and Rs. 89.43 respectively. So far 15578 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 152.89 on 27-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 70.80 on 02-Jul-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 89.43 and Rs. 80.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 212.97 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.24%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.07% and 66.69% respectively.

Tarmat has been allotted a work in joint venture from Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation for Rs 139.48 crore. Tarmat Share in the Joint Venture is 80 percent. The company has bagged order for construction of Concrete Pavement Road & reconstruction & Widening of bridges & Culverts for Revdanda Bridge to Borli to Murud. Total Length 29.400 Km.

Tarmat is engaged in only one reportable segments viz Construction.
