Suratwwala Business Group rises as its arm receives environmental clearance certificate for 'Californiaa West' project

Suratwwala Business Group’s subsidiary -- Suratwwala Royyal Hills Properties LLP has received environmental clearance certificate for the project 'Californiaa West' towards construction of residential housing project at Kasar Amboli, Pune. The area measuring the land is around 68,660 sq. meters and a Built Area of 80,884.26 sq. meters. The cost of the project is Rs 335 crore. The certificate has been issued by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra.
