Sudarshan Chemical Industries inches up as its arm acquires entity incorporated in Germany

Sudarshan Chemical Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1098.80, up by 3.30 points or 0.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 1095.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1105.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1105.05 and Rs. 1082.55 respectively. So far 721 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1235.00 on 14-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 501.00 on 18-Jan-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1136.60 and Rs. 1058.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7843.69 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 30.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.16% and 41.29% respectively.

Sudarshan Chemical Industries’ Wholly Owned Subsidiary-- Sudarshan Europe B.V. has acquired an entity incorporated in Germany, named ‘Blitz F24-526 GmbH’. Subsequent to the acquisition, the newly acquired company has now become Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company. The newly acquired Company would primarily be engaged in operations relating to Pigments. Cost of acquisition is Euro 29,500.00.
