Premier Energies soars as its arms receive multiple orders worth Rs 1460 crore

Premier Energies is currently trading at Rs. 1143.05, up by 27.65 points or 2.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 1115.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1169.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1179.20 and Rs. 1138.10 respectively. So far 37076 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1387.10 on 17-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 801.60 on 03-Sep-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1253.35 and Rs. 1087.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 52591.85 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.25%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.79% and 25.95% respectively.

Premier Energies’ subsidiaries -- Premier Energies Global Environment, Premier Energies International, Premier Energies Photovoltaic have received and accepted multiple orders aggregating to Rs 1460 crore from 2 large Independent Power Producers (IPP) and others. These orders include Rs 1041 crore for Solar Modules and Rs 419 crore for Solar Cells. The supply of these modules is scheduled to commences from May 2025.
