Sona BLW Precision Forgings has executed the definitive documents with the CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions on January 24, 2024 for setting up captive power generating facility in the state of Haryana, having solar capacity of 14.85 MWp for its operations Gurgaon and Manesar, Haryana, through a special purpose vehicle ‘CleanMax Calypso’ incorporated for this purpose.
Earlier, the company had executed Letter of Intents (LoI) on November 27, 2023 with CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions (CleanMax) for setting up Captive Generating Plant with Solar Capacity of 14.85 MWp in the state of Haryana and 4.00 MWp in the state of Maharashtra.
