SML Mahindra zooms on reporting 67% jump in December sales

SML Mahindra is currently trading at Rs 4150.00, up by 174.50 points or 4.39% from its previous closing of Rs 3975.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 4108.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs 4174.25 and Rs 4062.40 respectively. So far 13682 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 4744.90 on 25-Aug-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 1030.90 on 28-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 4174.25 and Rs 3590.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 6011.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.43% and 38.60% respectively.

SML Mahindra has sold 1044 vehicles in December 2025 as against 626 vehicles in December 2024, showing growth of 67% year-on-year (Y-o-Y). Segment-wise, the company's passenger vehicles sales stood at 582 units in December 2025, up by 60% Y-o-Y, while cargo vehicles sales were at 462 units, up 76% Y-o-Y.

SML Mahindra (formerly SML ISUZU) manufactures a range of vehicles such as trucks, buses and ambulances. The company has launched products like 4WD, Samrat, Sartaj, Dual Cab, Supreme-8 tonner, Truck- Super 12, Super ALFD and many more.
