Puravankara shines as its arm bags LoI worth Rs 144.45 crore from NPS Developers

Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 222.00, up by 5.00 points or 2.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 217.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 220.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 225.50 and Rs. 219.00 respectively. So far 21513 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 338.50 on 09-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 160.00 on 02-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 244.45 and Rs. 160.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5214.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.26% and 7.73% respectively.

Puravankara’s wholly owned subsidiary -- M/s Starworth Infrastructure & Construction (SICL) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth around Rs 144.45 crore (excluding GST and Labour Cess) from NPS Developers. The LoI is for the execution of civil, structure, waterproofing, finishes and allied works for residential project - Nature’s Nest located at Chinnagenahalli, Doddabanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka. The contract is to be executed within 28 months.
