3I Infotech is currently trading at Rs. 13.68, up by 0.11 points or 0.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 13.57 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.74 and Rs. 13.30 respectively. So far 16078 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 25.98 on 11-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 12.61 on 16-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.07 and Rs. 13.03 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 284.97 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.58% and 85.42% stake in the company respectively.

3i Infotech’s material wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- 3i Infotech Inc., USA, has received a work order worth around Rs 1.26 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes) from a leading US credit union company. The work order is for the design and implementation of Zero Trust - Identity and Access Governance (IAG), in Cybersecurity domain. The order is to be executed within 10 months.

The engagement involves end-to-end implementation of the Saviynt IAM platform across client environments, design and architect of IAM solutions tailored to customer requirements, while reviewing and optimizing existing environments, configure and deploy Saviynt connectors for various target systems, ensuring seamless provisioning and integration and identifying and reporting of access security risks in a timely manner to stakeholders.
