Signatureglobal (India) trades higher on getting nod to acquire balance 15.41% stake in Indeed Fincap

Signatureglobal (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1219.70, up by 29.15 points or 2.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 1190.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1218.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1238.95 and Rs. 1203.65 respectively. So far 14569 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1234.85 on 05-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 444.10 on 27-Sep-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1238.95 and Rs. 1021.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17138.09 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.29% and 19.08% respectively.

Signatureglobal (India) has received approval for acquisition of the balance 15.41% equity shareholding of Indeed Fincap (Indeed), a subsidiary company. Subsequent to the acquisition of the said 15.41% shareholding, Indeed will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition is undertaken with an objective of taking the full control over its NBFC business. The Company is already holding 84.59% equity sharcholding in Indeed.  The total cost of acquisition would be around Rs 2.966 crore (calculated on the enterprise value of 19.25 crore).
