Signatureglobal (India) surges on reporting over 3-fold jump in pre-sales in Q4FY24

Signatureglobal (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1344.40, up by 39.05 points or 2.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 1305.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1374.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1374.95 and Rs. 1343.05 respectively. So far 25866 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1438.00 on 04-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 444.10 on 27-Sep-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1374.95 and Rs. 1276.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 18890.26 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.29% and 19.08% respectively.

Signatureglobal (India) has achieved best pre-sales performance of Rs 4140 crore in Q4FY24 as compared to Rs 1220 crore in Q4FY23, i.e reported over 3-fold jump. In full year, pre-sales performance stood at Rs 7270 crore. The Company’s collections in Q4FY24 grew 71.19% to Rs 1010 crore as against Rs 590 crore in Q4FY23. In FY24, its collections stood at Rs 3110 crore. 

Its net debt stood at Rs 1160 crore at the end of FY24 in comparison to Rs 1090 crore in FY23. There is a very marginal increase in net debt, however, it is on a much larger pre sales which has more than doubled for the year.
