SER Industries touches the roof on BSE
SER Industries is locked its upper circuit at Rs. 539.45, up by 10.55 points or 1.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 528.90 on the BSE.

SER Industries has executed separate Term Sheet with SNA Milk and Milk Products, and DFSU Farmer Connect to acquire the majority stake in the said companies. The Term Sheets record the preliminary understanding between the parties. The proposed transactions are subject to, inter alia, completion of satisfactory due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, receipt of requisite statutory and regulatory approvals, and fulfilment of customary conditions precedent.
SER Industries is engaged in providing transport services, courier and other logistic services.
