Mafatlal Industries is currently trading at Rs. 134.90, up by 0.55 points or 0.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 134.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 133.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 134.95 and Rs. 132.30 respectively. So far 2450 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 204.90 on 28-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 107.15 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 139.40 and Rs. 131.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 971.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.30%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.45% and 30.24% respectively.

Mafatlal Industries has commissioned its 4 MWp captive ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) power project at its manufacturing facility in Nadiad, Gujarat. Developed at an investment of around Rs 11 crore, the solar power plant is expected to generate approximately 66 lakh kWh of net usable electricity annually, meeting a portion of the unit's energy requirements.

The project is expected to improve cost competitiveness by reducing energy costs, which remains a key component of manufacturing expenses. With reduced dependence on conventional power sources and a reduced carbon footprint, Mafatlal Industries is reinforcing its commitment towards responsible business practices and green energy initiatives.
