Anant Raj is currently trading at Rs. 606.00, up by 5.40 points or 0.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 600.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 604.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 608.55 and Rs. 598.50 respectively. So far 160145 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 744.10 on 07-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 403.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 608.55 and Rs. 561.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21682.59 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.42%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.34% and 27.23% respectively.

Anant Raj has completed additional investment in Ashok Cloud (ACPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by acquiring additional 37.43 crore fully paid-up equity shares at a face value of Rs 2 per equity share aggregating to Rs 74.86 crore, via a rights issue.

Following the investment, ACPL's paid-up equity share capital has increased significantly from Rs 5 lakh (comprising 2.5 lakh equity shares) to Rs 74.91 crore (comprising 37.46 crore equity shares) of Rs 2 each. However, the percentage of shareholding and voting rights exercised by the company in ACPL remain unchanged at 100
