SEPC zooms as its arm bags contract from Lauren Engineers & Constructors INC in UAE May-28-2025 11:50 Hrs IST

SEPC is currently trading at Rs. 15.30, up by 1.04 points or 7.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 14.26 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 14.34 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.76 and Rs. 14.29 respectively. So far 1108318 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 31.59 on 11-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.15 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 15.76 and Rs. 13.51 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2974.01 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.37%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.79% and 46.84% respectively.
SEPC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- SEPC FZE, Sharjah, UAE has bagged contract from Lauren Engineers & Constructors INC for the construction, supply and installation of four units of 45,000 litter capacity steel tanks for a total consideration of $8.9 million (equivalent to Rs 75.60 crore). The construction is to be undertaken in Fujariah, United Arab Emirates.
